Hi, im new to this forums and i don't know how to use flight's nature runecrafter
can anyone help me with this

You just download the .Simba file attached on the first post of his thread and open it up.
Inside there are places to fill out settings.
Please read the faqs and other tutorial threads!

Download the link in the thread. Open it. You then change all the areas you need to for example name: (ur rs username), Pass: (ur rs password), etc. You then hit the little green triangle at the top of the Simba window. A new Simba file will appear and will load everything for you if you netered it correctly and then itll begin botting.
