Best Gear i could get with 100m?

Hey guys, recently i won a rs giveaway on youtube of 200mill and i was hoping to spend 100 mill of that on gear. Im not sure whether i should just get melee gear or also get mage and range gear as well, so comment on what you think. Also could you tell me which exact items you suggest i use? Don't spend it on unnecary things if you don't need too.
If you're actuLly planning go train a cetain skill just get the best but also most affordable bonus boring gear for that skill.
Otherwise just buy items to help level you up like ores or herbs or ammo
Or use it to merchant

So i offered to give him a pin and he said he cant accept it for free so he gave me 10m for it. Then yesterday he told me that it upped my chances of being one of the 10 people by 5000x :D.
