Sps32 missing

Getting the error Sps32 is missing but i have sps.dll file in the plugin folder please help.

same probleme... the other topics doesn't help i re installed everthing still same problem...

Search for a direct link to it and replace the old one with it, or join the irc or Skype chat and see if someone can send it to you. I'd help but I'm at the college atm
