It's actually not that uncommon.

Several anti-virus programs flag Simba as a Trojan.

I joined in 2006. This is the first time this has ever happened.

It still can happen, anti-virus programs are always updating against "new threats" so there is always the chance that the next Simba update will get it flagged.
