ive been reading the tutorials on scripting, and i get the general idea. i think with more time studying, i should be able to make my own script. my main reasoning behind this is that i want to become a member, and alsoo to give back to the community. the thing im wondering, is my script gonna be good enough? i was thinking of writing a headless arrow maker, with maximum anti ban. i know that its still gonna be a simple script, but its the main thing i wanna do. will that be good enough to get me members? and are there any other requirements? hope this is in the right section, if not you can move it..
thanks

Unless you have had previous coding experience, most likely your first script will not be good enough for Members. I personally came to SRL without any previous experience, and learned how to script within 2 weeks, then published 3 scripts before I considered my ability good enough for Members.
Take your time, there is no rush to become a Member, we will always be here. You will also need to be more active in the community to become a Member, publish a script or two, help out with what you can, and in general be a helpful and kind person.

The three big member requirements in a script are: TPAs, DTMs, and some walking. If you successfully use all three, you will likely be considered.

Haha I do that all the time :p
I actually have a little notebook that I write ideas for functions for whatever script I'm working on at that time, it's where I come up with some of my best ideas.
I suggest starting out by watching Yoho's video tutorials if your completely new to scripting, as it will give you a good, quick background. After that, a simple PowerChopper is a good thing to try to make. when your done with that, add banking to it and walking, just keep expanding and learning new concepts. Eventually, you'll think you know a good amount, so start a new script, and repeat the process.

well the reason i wanted to make a headless arrow maker is because you can actually make good money/ alrite fletching xp from it and you can do it anywhere. but maybe i can make it were it chops a tree, makes the log into arrow shafts, then attaches feathers...ya ill do that XD
