the error code says "The program couldn't start because MSCVR71.dll is missing on the computer, try downloading the progam again, to fix the problem"

does anyone have any ideas how i can fix this, or am i just stupid and doing it wrong? (and also i tryed to open the file to simba) but i got the same error. the script i tryed to add is called "Fast Fighter v4.10"

i'd really appreaciate some help, Thanks.
