Restrict public scripts

I believe you guys should restrict certain public scripts such as Chin hunters, Nature crafters etc... Because it's so annoying when you get mass amounts of botters ruining the prices in game for everyone.

It's up to the scripters whether or not they make their scripts public, but meh, some scripts are best left private, that is true :P

It's up to the scripters where they release and with what features. We actually do limit those and most of the better scripts are kept in higher sections.

Thr chin hunter doesn't compile unless you change/edit some things so that's protected from leachers.
The nature crafter in public section is a lite version only.

I am aware of that but you could do something similar to RSBuddy and make certain scripts Members only purely for the economy's sake and also there has been like 3 chin scripts brought out in the last day or so.

Man, there goes my idea for a Member+ chin hunter... Time to sit back and watch the prices fall.

As far ad I know only one chin script works well.
Also I saw in that thread that there are actuay some other kinds of bots (my guess is private Chinese ones) at the chins and green dragons.

Im sure if the economy of a certain item gets too messe up thr scripts will be removed.

We do have multiple scripts that have been released only to Members+ due to fear of messing up the economy. It's just that not everyone who scripts is Members+, so if they want to release the script they kinda have to do it in a more public spot. Or get someone else to post it for them.
