Not needed, unless you notice it lagging or something.

Not necessary, and if you want to run a lot, then make your runescape settings so CPU usage is low, and there is a slider on the right hand side of SMART, the lower you make that, ,the lower your FPS, the less CPU is used.
High priority won't change much. If a script is slow/laggy the code needs to be changed.

I find high priority works great if I'm lagging! And there is no side effects or anything from doing it, it's like a better computer for free! wow!

Unless simba is the only thing running, you won't notice side effects. But if you have other programs then they will lag instead.
