The mysterious game bar

Why does installing a Game bar (http://www.runescape.com/g=runescape/downloads.ws)
give jagex access to ur "data on all websites, bookmarks, physical location....". It wasnt so for IE and firefox gamebar, but for chrome it gives this warning. So does it really let jagex have access to all the stated info if i install it on my chrome browser? (which means jagex would know i use SRL )

so does that mean jagex may not access them BUT CAN any time they want? i didnt know that its technically possible for a toolbar to have access to all these data, and that it didnt infringe any kind of privacy?
if its the case that jagex can really access ur data as long as u have it installed it sounds extremely dangerous for us to have it :s

Then don't install it if you fear that it will put you at risk by doing so, it's really just unnecessary bloat anyways...
