I can't click anything in the SMART window

I am using an autofighting script and I have everything set up for autoing, but I can't click anything inside the SMART window. I can type, but I cannot click. Can anyone help me?

Also im not sure if this has been changed but if you want to use your keyboard your going to have to minimize and re-maximize your window...

I am an idiot, I didn't know what that would do, I thought it would disable the actual program.
