1)Find the thread of the script you want
2)Search for a file ending with .simba(eg: prowoodcutter.simba) - usually at the bottom of the first post
3)click the link and download it
4)save it to your simba/scripts folder.

It took me like 5 second using the search tool to find another thread like this.
I will write down the steps I have taken:
search->advanced search->set it to titles only-> type: how add scripts-> search(so far we are at 2 seconds passed) -> use any method you prefer to scroll the page and use your eye/brain to look for interesting thread you should find something like: "Adding scripts???", where the same question is answered.
So clearly this was the most time consuming part, but given that you can actually read it took around 2.5~3 sec. If you count that you may find threads that you are not interested in and you open them than it's of course more time spent.
If there is more link? Then download the latest version, the actual script, you might need the other one too if it's an include, go figure or try all of them ...
If one says: "I am the script you have to run." and the other says: "I am outdated and only here for others to learn from." then which one would you take?(don't answer :p)

you don't understand. MSI is a collaborative script.
You don't put scripts in MSI. MSI is a script.
If you want to run a script for instance, Flight's awesome scripts, simply download it, navigate to where you saved it to, open it.
Hit the green "play" button.
WOWZERS, :D
