Need a bit of help

So I've been trying all day to get simba all set up and resolve all these issues.
And one of these issues was Scar, I can't find a proper download or w.e for it anywhere(Need the SMART.scar file) I have scar Divi(Don't know if thats right or not lol)

....Huh? Why are you using Scar... You need to use Simba then everything is done from the UI there, in terms of gathering core files and .dll's.

I want the smart.scar file, I am already using simba.
And I downloaded scar in hopes of getting the SMART.scar file..
