Language is dutch and it says the following:
The program could not start because MSVCR71.dll is missing on your computer. You might solve this problem by reinstalling the program.
I hope somebody can help me out ^^
Kind regards,
Tobias

If you couldn't understand that thread for some reason just download the DLL - http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/M/MSVCR71.dll/7.10.3052.48/download.html
and place it in your Simba folder located at: C:\Simba
EDIT: You seem to have solved it while I was posting this. >.>

how hard is it to have simba search for the dll in the java folder? I didn't know it was already there, I usually just take a copy from one of my old computers that had the C++ library crap

An easy solution would to be just go to a dll library website like www.dll-files.com/ and search for it, paste it wherever you need to. That's what I did when something like that came up. :)

far easier to do it the way I do, takes less than a second literally to cp over my lan
just saying for new comers, this problem can be automatically solved

You copy it from your Java bin into system32. Don't download DLLs off DLL sites (http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findtheproblem/qt/dll-download.htm) you silly people.
