Yeah... Embarrassing! Texas humidity kills me, I don't want to say I have Hyperhydrosis(excessive sweat feet/armpits/hands/face....) But, I sweat everyday , everywhere , even if its 50-60 degrees , especially inside the house...

anyone know a good treatment/cure that will help me conquer this embarrassment :( Thank Goodness my Girl Friends never left me cause of this ;):spot:

U hairy? Lol odd question but hair is there to allow pores to stay open so u can sweat to stay cool.. exercise a hell of a lot more.. when u exercise, u tend to sweat less than if ur fat or don't.

Isn't 50-60 degrees incredibly hot? Anyway you could try to drink more water to lower your body temp?

You forgot to mention Fahrenheit P1nky :P I think that's why he's confused.

Yea man I live in Texas. Actually I'm further from you I'm about 30 mins from the border and I know what you mean.

I'm a hairy mofo so i don't have to worry about sweat all to much. I only sweat after a good workout or when I'm parking lot attendent at H.E.B.

As for a solution just do what ggzz said. There might be some pills to slow it down such as a certain vitamin. But I wouldn't know anything about it.

You should probably see a doctor about it instead of asking us

But a doctor has a co-pay. :P

We are open source and he is looking from someone with personal experience about this.

Haha eww :p jk man <3

I had the problem of excess sweating in my feet when working at Chick Fil A. What I did was coat my feet in baby powder before putting my socks on and it helped with it, and the smell too :p The only downside is you have a cake mixture when you take them off sometimes haha.

I heard there's a few good creams for your hands/ feet. You take it once a day for 2 weeks and your sweating should be minimal after that. It is called something like Antihydral Cream. I'd probably go to a specialist and they'll give you a prescription.

And if you are overweight or obese lose some weight, and your body temperature will casually drop as fat acts as insulation.

Thats why in winter all the fat people are never cold but all the skinny people are shivering

40F is freezing cold. Honestly, with the temperature in Australia (especially up north in Queensland), you would not survive a single day.. lol.

50F??? That's 10C... That is freezing! I can only swim in water if it's above 25C (which is 77F). I could not take my shirt off in that temperature, and I am skinny too (like, pretty skinny)!

I live in canada, but I also get pretty swearting but although I am boardering over wear ( 21% body fat) I had long hair before so I get shiny hair every day near the end of school, even If I shower every morning and when I come home I get a little sweaty in the feets.

Definitely drinking helps a bit but I guess exercise, have a good muscel tone and shower twice a day and keeping a short hair (worked for me).

Yeah I just started drinking more water.

Also Mates, I just got prescribed to some pills that will make my sweat go away, only thing is it causes dehydration fast :(
