So how do I solve it:

Download MSVCR71.dll from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71. (It is free.)
Unzip…
Place MSVCR71.dll into C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SysWOW64
if you using a 64-bit Windows.
