How to get proggys?

So yeah lol, i know its stupid question, but i couldn't find a way, i see people pasting proggies, but i dunno where to find em ;S

They are usually in the debug of Simba (White box on the bottom of Simba). It just depends on what script has them or not.

Some scripts give a Proggy every time they bank.
