Well bitdefender deleted my simba.exe file, so I decided to reinstall. I updated SRL,MSI Everything, my simba is up to date 982. When I try to run specific scripts(Stuff like MSI Work) But at certain lines such as, LampSkill := 'Cooking'; or LampSkill := 'Slayer'; it would have an error compiling those lines. That would never happen, before is there a fix?

Try doing an override update of SRL. Go into simba then up on the toolbar SRL>Settings>Override Updates.
Then hit SRL>Update and restart simba once its finished. This may fix the bug.

You'll want to fix those by changing them to:
LampSkill := Skill_Cooking;
and
LampSkill := Skill_Slayer;
Good Luck
