I was told that my SRL was not updated, and my Simba is not setup properly. So I tried to update my SRL and I got this: You have a new update available for Plugins!
Plugins Updater: Local Version - "1" | Remote Version = "19"
Plugins Updater: Update File - "http://wizzup.org/static/srl/simba_plugins.tar.bz2"
Plugins Updater: Downloading...
Plugins Updater: Decompressing...
Plugins Updater: Extracting...
Plugins Update ERROR: Kill recieved from Updater.
No SRL update available.
Can you tell me what's wrong and how to fix it?

EDIT: The reason why I found out about my SRL is because I was getting this error: [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/paintsmart.simba(560:12): Unknown identifier 'TPAFromEllipse' at line 559
Compiling failed.

I was using the script Caffinated killer V7.5.

Run Simba as administrator and try again.

I am running it as administrator, all of the other updates worked fine.

Just enter that url(http://wizzup.org/static/srl/simba_plugins.tar.bz2) in your browser, decompress it and put it in your plugin folder.

Having the same issue... except for that kill command... mine updated fine. but getting that same error and if i try to run it again i end up with:

[Error] (41:3): Unknown identifier 'SmartSetDebug' at line 40
Compiling failed.

tried both the solutions posted, neither work. not sure if this program just doesn't like windows 7.

How do you decompress a .bz2 file?

Nevermind I found out how to decompress it, trying the SRL update out, I'll post results.

Ok, the SRL update worked, but I'm still getting these errors: Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/paintsmart.simba(560:12): Unknown identifier 'TPAFromEllipse' at line 559
Compiling failed.
[Error] (41:3): Unknown identifier 'SmartSetDebug' at line 40
Compiling failed.

I got this fixed! Please close. For anyone having this problem, just update Simba. Thank you for your time and help.
