Plugin(libsmart32) has not been found comes up everytime i push the start button..please help me this is getting very frustrating

try harder then, I found a thread using the search button "libsmart32" on the first page that had the fix in it....shame you can't find it

The SRL updater should install plugins for you. Update using that extension.
