Linking Pictures in VB

I have Visual Basic 2010 Express and need to make a picture that when you click it it goes to a given website. How would I do that and this is urgent.

Are you making a Windows Form? I need more information to help. But basically, you'd add a button, then add the image to the button (I think there's even an ImageButton control, can't remember), and on the Button1.Click Event you just have to call Process.Start("http://www.website.com").
