Adding New SPS Images?

Hey there guys. I want to start work on an adamant miner, but to do so I'll need SPS images for Crandor and the Karamja Volcano dungeon.

Where can these be found? If they're not included, how can I make my own?

EDIT: It comes from work that Hero did on the many RS maps he worked on.

... at least that is what I gathered from Hero and Coh3n.
