Good day Everyone

I've not worked with the functions in autocolor.simba yet, but would like to try - but before I dive in want to know if everything is working OK ? Thanks! :)

Hmm not sure, I'd assume stuff to maybe be outdated in there though not sure how often people check/use/update that stuff.

I suggesting learning to use AutoColorAid and autocoloring things yourself!

Thanks YoHoJo. I have spend time with ACA, and while I don't regard myself an expert - I have used it with success.

When you say 'autocoloring things yourself' - are you just referring to using ACA (in my case I've only used CTS2 exclusively as I understand it's the most accurate - until CTS3 comes out that is) and carrying over the best marked color, the tolerance and the hue, sat into functions that you use in Simba, or is there more than that ?

Yup Yup that's about it.
Later you can learn TPA/ATPAs etc and get way more advanced and accurate with it too!

I have played around a little with TPAs(array of points) & ATPAs (array of TPAs) so I have broken the ice here - so my mind does not immediately scramble when I see them in a script.

Would you perhaps have some examples (or know where to point me) to pick up examples that combine both ACA and TPA / APTAs ?

Look at the mining procedure in my powerminer.
And the procedure that finds/clicks the dungeon entrance in my GateStone creator (also used in my lesser demon mager).

And in general just look for any script coded by someone who has lot's of experience, I'm sure you can find ACA/TPA/ATPA combo in theirs too, check out Flight's scripts.

:D Sounds like you're not far off from becoming an SRL member to me, gonna apply anytime soon?

OK, I'm heading right over there right now. Appreciate the nudge in the right direction.

And as to SRL Members - all in good time. :)

EDIT: Urgh - that's way to many 'rights'. :(
