Simba wont work :( 0 % loaded when I start it up.

Ok, so recently i've been having problems starting simba when I would go to run MSI it would run I would put in details and it would load up (Sometimes it says bitmap 16 or something) So after its loaded it would run and the runescape screen would pop up.
It would say and stay like this saying Checking for updates - 0%

Please help.

What does this mean??

Is this something to do with my enviroment variables? I googled it and it said so.

Or is it to do with my firewall blocking it?

Please tell me :)

Try closing everything.
Open/Load runescape in your browser.
And then try again.
