Help Please!

Let me just say I have the updated version of everything

Everytime I try to run the script i get this error message:
"The bitmap[20] does not exist
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption
Press Cancel to kill the program"

To resolve it it says to change
USE_FORM = True; to False

But after I do this i get another error when trying to run MSI:

"The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

Helped me get the msvcr71 error fixed, so that should solve the msvcr100 error.
