Bots won't login.. They type the info, then they just sit there? Any ideas?

You mean they don't hit login then play? What does your debug info say? Does the script stop?

Im having the same problem!!
The debug just says "Welcome to Runescape. (Player username)"
After every minute it repeats "'One minute has passed...'(Player username)"

It was working earlier today until I updated the SRL SPS and MSI

I have also began experiencing this issue from the moment I updated my MSI/SRL. I created a thread as well with a proper name describing the issue though, I wouldn't have even known you were having the same issue if I didn't look thoroughly. Please post your issues properly in the future
