Error starting SMART, ensure the target page has an applet declaration

Hi sorry if there is another post but I have been reading these forums and googling this problem for 2 weeks now and can't seem to find a fix, I have reinstalled simba, java atleast 20 times each, tryed deleting all jagex cache and deleting all simba files left over after unistall. I have reinstalled using atleast 2 different video tutorials and 1 text. I have reformatted my computer (not for this problem, but still didnt fix) basically I am looking for some help as I feel like a newbie so I posted this here. Usually am quite good with the botting/coding stuff.

basically if i dont get a MSVCR71.dll error I get this and once I fix the DLL problem I get this again...

EDIT: sorry I forgot to say that I cant use simba through another browser, I use that target thing and choose Firefox or IE, I know it selects runescape but I press play on any script and it still trys to open SMART.

remove {$i SRL/SRL/Misc/SMART.Simba} and it shouldnt load smart

try loading runescape like you would normally play in a browser then try smart again

yeah just remove {$i SRL/SRL/Misc/SMART.Simba} and load up runescape on your browser and use the target thingy on rs so it becomes red, then just start ;)

Using your mouse by yourself is done by using smart for the runescape, which you removed. Add the line back and change server to 0. there has to be a constant for server, world or so. Depending on the script.

Yeah well this is pointless I cant even bot and use my computer anyone know how to fix this problem for SMART??

To anyone with this problem, once it has popped up press okay. Once you've done that hit ctrl+f and type in 'smart_'. You will see smart_server := or something a long the lines of that, after the = sign put in a random number between 1-124 and start the script, 49 works for me but if it doesn't work for you use a different one. Hope that helps!

Im having this problem out of the sudden too. Why? Now I cant even test/run any script I spent 2 days making.

I am getting this error a lot for some reason. 3.9 out every 4 times I try to load a script it does this and I have to reopen the script several times before it works and then there are times that I will open a script 25 times and it still doesn't work.
