(I tried to explain this as good I can.)

at the moment my script uses "not InvEmpty" to start the procedure DepositArmour; but now it will also start to DepositArmour when there is noted items or a hammer in inv, I need a fuction wich will return true when inv contains something else than noted items or the hammer.

why not just say something like

dropallexcept([27,28]);
Deposit(1, 26, false);

just make sure your tool/note is in the 27th or 28th slot.

DepositArmour is not banking but its clicking on something (from Artisans workshop) and the armours will go in it.

oh, i wrote an artisan workshop smither also. umm well 1. why noted items? and 2. why are u using invempty if you will have items in ther?

why not just find the dtm of the bar in the last inventory slot example: if(not(FindDTM(IronDTM,x,y,690, 432,733, 463)))then

Because it will always try to deposit in the thingy when you have
if(not(FindDTM(IronDTM,x,y,690, 432,733, 463))) and also I made this script while using golden hammer so there was nothing else in my inv. The noted items are for the ore if we run out.
