AMD for processor and gfx card then since they are cheaper.
4GB ram should be all you need.
4GB DDR3 RAM sorted from lowest price:

CPU: Core i3-2120, it is fast and easily overclockable. Great for any normal gameplay ($120)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 430, it is decent 1gig of GDDR3 memory and can handle most games pretty well. ($65) or if you have the cash try the Radeon HD 6850 better in all areas besides price ($150)

Lemme know if you have a specific processor or harddrive in mind, I can get my hands on both for pretty cheap.

Intel Core i5-2400

or Amd Phenom x4 960.

Hmm... well I can get the Intel for around $200, but the Amd, I guess, isn't that common here, and it'll cost a little over $210. I would personally suggest buying Amd online since I've found that specific model on Google shopping for much cheaper.

Boo flight! It's about the same price (or a bit cheaper) here in the states too!

Well quickly looked on Google and the Intel processors looked pretty expensive, even for that type, so I compared it to local prices and it seemed much cheaper. Oh well, nevermind about my offer then. :p

4GB of ram should be plenty for most things.
Better ram, same price:

etc etc etc

but wow, not a bad build at all :D!
Wish I knew what I did know when I was in the process of buying parts for mine!

He wants to runs lots of Simbas in it, I suggest dumping gfx for another 4 gigs of RAM.

He mentioned it was for gaming and I don't think he meant RS. :)

You can't buy a gaming computer so cheap now days =/

Everything is super expensive and he has few botfarms, just saying that if he is hosting one in it, a graphics card will be completely useless and that he is better getting a 4gb to 8gb RAM upgrade.

The end decision is up to him anyways and only he knows what he really wants. ^.^~

I am just setting out some options for him and don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with getting computers to run Simbas. Everyone is in their right to do so, I am saving to get myself a desktop to run Simbas on it to test my Slayer script and help with the new random system testing. It is a fact though that software mode runs entirely on the CPU, so a graphics card would be not be utilised were the computer going to be used to run few Simbas.
