How do you add scripts to Panel 2

Quick Question, how do you add scripts to Panel 2? i downloaded script and opened and near appeared. in P2

the answer is, you don't add anything to "panel 2". Idk what "panel 2" is...
However, if you download a .simba file all you do is open it and run it.
If you copy the text all you do is paste it in simba and run it.
