Hello,
I used to get the MSVCR71.dll issue. BUT I FIXED IT :D so I finally run the script, everything works out great but I set up my client wrong, so it told me to go do that properly. I set it up properly, and try running MSI again. Then it says this:

What should I do now? I mean I figure there is a way to free these DTM's, but how do I do that? Or is MSI just broken right now? Any response is greatly appreciated :D
