My Simba wont allow me use any other mode than safemode

I can run other modes in firefox/opera @ 50fps but i can't run any scripts with any other mode than safe.

If I active other mode than safemode, the screen will start blinking like hell. Lobby also blinks every time I enter it even if in safemode.

I would appreciate all help :)

All scripts/SRL itself are written to only work on Safe Mode, All Minimum Settings, and Highest brightness. So no need/reason to change the settings in SMART.

but i also get random black screen when i start and also when my script is server hopping it makes black blinking screen

e: i am afraid that it is some random bot detection or etc by jagex, i am pretty hysteric even tho i dont bot alot :(
