Questions about a Script

I have a script that is able to work flawlessly at times and fail to do certain things properly at other times. The script is NOT changed at all, and I doubt there have been any graphical updates etc. that could have affected the script. What could have been the reason for this to happen?

Would help a lot more if you showed us the script or at least just the procedure/function that is messing up.

I mean it's hard to get something 100% perfect and flawless all the time, but possible for sure. It can be due to many different things, tolerance, color, problem in the code, etc etc.
