well im not even sure that i did everything rite but i got this error
Line 871: [Error] (6807:11): Unknown identifier 'FindColorCircleD' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 2.03\includes\srl\srl\core\Color.scar

You installed SRL right (pretty sure :p) You need to copy the SRL plug ins to the SCAR plug ins folder (pretty sure again :p) I think that should fix it. if not, just try re-installing it.
