well recently my pc has just randomly been shutting off when i use scar to auto my noob. I'm not quite sure why either. Is it because my CPU is over heating?? Because i even tested it by letting my pc stay off for 1 whole day, then trying to auto for 30 mins and my pc just randomly shuts it self off. ANY help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

also it's not a virus/adware or anything like that, cuz the pc i use to auto on is only used for autoing on WoW/RS

I'd say it's either your RAM or your CPU.
Try 'reseating' your RAM (take it out, and put it back in). Look at your CPU's heatsink/fan. Is it securely fastened to the CPU? Is there anything keeping cool air from getting past the cooling fins?
After doing a quick check on your hardware, you should install 'Speedfan' (google it) and check your component temperatures. Look in the manual or on the website for some easy instructions and tips for using Speedfan if you need help, but for the most part, it's a simple program.

thanks for the info, I'm gonna look into everything you said, but it's odd because it only happens all of a sudden when i use scar/srl
Could be your power supply, autoing may draw to much power for whatever reasons and make it reboot.

I get random reboots from using starblaster's stress miner.

Does anything feel really hot?
I had a similar problem with my PSU(Power Supply). The pc would shut off after playing simple flash games on it...Soon the back might start smoking if I turned it on without letting it cool down.
My opinion is that it is just overheating....could be wrong though;)
PS: How old is the system?

1 year. Plenty of fans and junk.
