Problem i have been having with MSI

I have had this problem i think it's a problem with where my player was when i started but i cant find somewhere that states where i should be so here it is...

{ Time: 00s }
{ Active: False }
{ Reason: Failed to setup player }

I have found no reason behind it and it has happened on all the MSI's I have tested so far so if someone could help me it would be great!

I should add that it wont do anything but login check things and log out

If it's happening on everyone then you have most likely setup something wrong, like graphics setting or try updating MSI

Try updating SRL/MSI and make sure you entered valid responses to the DeclarePlayer procedure.
