does this aura work if you "gain" xp from a skill that you already have 99 with?

in other words, the 10 skills needed for the bonus, do you need to train 10 or gain xp from 10?

this would limit the use of the aura and make me consider against purchasing it.

Having 99 skill doesnt affect it, nor does having 200m xp affect it
Yh its like a daily couple k free xp for 2min work
