I've set up an MSI, I ran it, and when it started up, it stood there scanning players/ trees/ etc and it didn't even fish. What is it doing o.O?

Yess i am. Turned all the brightness up, Off on the settings, min, fixed screen. when i log in it stays there scanning the area, for no reason. It just won't stop, its constant.

Are you started in the right area?
Have you updated MSI/SRL/Simba?
Do you have right items in inventory?
Most importantly: Did you configure DeclarePlayer right?
If that is blank, filled out wrong, it just sits there and scans.
