Yahoo mail password

Hi, everyone I have a question. I have been hacked and my recovery email is not been changed though the password to that email is....no recovery question or alternate email. so how do I get it back. I'm sure hacking is not the way to go, nor do I know how. I just need advice anyone?

Of course I tried that. thanks anyway....its fine the account was just another part of my army I have to pay 7.95 to add another soldier back to the runescape army no big deal!
