Is there a way to check when/who gave/took your reputation?
Or even a way to check how much reputation you have?

No, there isn't. Sometimes people will leave their name when they comment on why they are giving you rep though.

One last question, what is Rep Power?

Rep Power is how much Reputation points someone would get if you repped them.

For example, my Rep Power 1 is one, so if I repped someone they would get 1 Reputation Point.

If it were 0, they would get 0.

If it were 9, they would get 9.

One last question, what is Rep Power?

IIRC, if you rep someone , their reputation will grow by the amount of rep power you have. example. 5 rep power reps someone with 150 rep, now they have 155 rep.

If you derep someone, it's only half of your rep power ;)
