How to disable "Warning" Messages?

Hey guys so i just recently made a new character, Level 3, and I wanted to run a plank script on it. However, when i click on the doors east of Varrock, it gives me this message

How exactly can i turn this feature off? It is preventing me from using the Planker.

Go do the that F2P quest with Blood in it, free combat XP, and free weapons, it takes 5 minutes, gains you a few levels.
