Skilling combat

At the moment my stats are pretty low, 54 attack, 56 strength and 50 defense. Currently I am training at the Ghouls in Canifis.

Although I am not sure if this is a goo place for my level, does anyone now any possibly better places?

I would probably do there or FleshCrawlers. But its up to you. Sometimes I even do Minotaurs in the SOS.

Move to ghouls when you get 70 str,atk and def. Until then bot somewhere else, preferably at rock crabs.

Level like, 18, has the HP of a level 80 or something, low attack, low defense.

One inventory of food lasted me like, thirty minutes or more.
