i couldn't log on, but i quickly changed pass and logged on, got the ip; 24.180.131.45. PLEASE HELP - it was due to a bot obviously, IDK which one. It took everything out of the bank, which had a hard pin, so please please help?

Well, a simple google search would be the best way how to find out. There's many tools on the internet out there that can be used to back-trace an IP. Just google it, "reverse IP look-up". Some places may not be able to solve dynamic, only static IP's, however... this is the one I used for this specific case :

If they got your "hard pin" it was a rat that can and will watch yOur screen, everything you do. Dont allow java things to run next time.

Or, it could have been simply entering credentials in those ever so trustworthy reflection bots...

It wasn't Simba, or any scripts here that hacked you. Sorry to hear, I'd clean your PC of any RATs.
