Technically you can't move the arrow keys. And seeing as how they're part of a whole (the keyboard), it would foolhardy to attempt such a task.

If a person wanted to push down an arrow key, however, hey would simply stretch out his pointer finger (or another member of the hand), place it overtop of the button, and give a little downward force.

Telling a program such as SCAR you wish to perform such a task is another ordeal indeed, I'm afarid. I would use a sort of messing component to relay a message into the computer, then onto the program itself.

What one would gain from this is minimal compared to the amount of work it takes, however.

If you wanted to tell a program such as SCAR to push an arrow key down, would be much easier. You simply feed the following code into SCAR's interface:

KeyDown(Arrow Keys Number);

"Arrow Keys Number" wouldn't work at all, though, which is why you would put in the following character number in place of it. I'll "post" the list before I leave.

Left Arrow - 37
Up Arrow - 38
Right Arrow - 39
Down Arrow - 40

KeyDown(VK_LEFT);
KeyUp(VK_LEFT);

KeyDown(VK_RIGHT);
KeyUp(VK_RIGHT);
