I have two laptops in my house but the new one is generally used by my older bro so i tend to bot on the older one. The problem is for some reason botting uses a huge amount of CPU and for example when botting fletching i get arond 40k less xp p/h due to lagg and come across problems more often. Below are my specifications and I was wondering if there was anything I can do virtually to increase speeds.

What's your java version? Specs are better than mine and I have near zero lag. Also sliding the fps bar all the way helps

Mines HP 4gb ram, 2.0 Ghz processor, 64-bit operating, and I have 0 lag and im running Vista, just go ahead and reformat your entire computer if its old thats the problem with it.

Yeah, I got better stat and since some days it is lagging so bad I cant even let a script run in SMART. Works without lag some time ago. Will mine reformat too if i got the time. I have just 1% or 0,5% of my HDD free. Do you think it is because of that?

I use java 6 because i heard it lags less and i also always slide the fps bar. I'm guessing the main problem is with my Internet connection then.

Yeah, your computer definitely doesn't seem to be lacking in the hardware department to just run a script. Perhaps there is a lot of junk on your HD? But yeah, definitely seems like it could be a connection problem.
