Override plugins

I've been noticing lately that a box will pop up randomly while I run a script and it'll say override plugins, yes or no. If I press yes, the script stops, if I leave it there and don't press anything it stops, and if I press no it doesn't stop the script. Is there a fix to stop this from popping up?

Start Simba afresh, without running any script. Then check for an SRL update and press 'Yes' to the dialog window that appears. Then run your script once completed.
