It is part of the opensource library openSSL, It is used by a lot of programs, and I believe it should also be shipped with windows 7.

The point is, I can't find where simba uses OpenSSL, though my research was limited. I did however found the dll file with is installed with the good old scar. I suggest installing scar(3.22 is my version) and place the file in the simba folder. It might work, but I noticed every program on my laptop used a different version of the library, I highly suggest not downloading random files from the internet.

Simba loads SSL if the library is found, if not no error should occur. Where do you download Simba?

It's not an easy error. I'm also unable to test it myself as I am unable to reproduce your error. This is the first thread on this forum IIRC about this file.

Follow the solution (http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=78219) to problem 2 and it should work..though I still don't see why you would get this error in the first place.
