Alright so i've got this 2 year old computer and it runs like crap and there are so many toolbars and random crap on here that just slows it down. I want to get rid of EVERYTHING. So can someone tell me how to re-format/restore my computer completely? I don't have any discs and I would prefer to not donwload any more programs.
I've got an HP computer running Windows 7.
If you need any more info please tell em what you need and how I could find it. Thanks.
You could go to Add/Remove programs and delete all the toolbars and useless programs

Hp should have a built in recovery program cause I had an HP and it had one.

Yes most HP computers have a built in recovery partition (It is usually hidden) but you can access it by doing the following:
Press the Power button to start the PC, and then press the f11 key when the standard BIOS prompts are displayed on the black screen.
When the Recovery Manager starts, follow the step-by-step system recovery instructions shown above.

I tried this but I can only do one at a time and it takes 10 minutes to uninstall a program that is 10mb...
Ill go down the recovery partition path in the morning and see if I get anywhere.
