The GED is actually based of a 8th grade level, So pretty much anyone can pass it with a little time a work, you should get it like pie.. I dropped outta high school and took it, passed my first time, and im not the brightest one around.

I've heard about ppl taking like 6-7 times and i was like wow. but i guess ppl dont have a hard time with shit in school.

I remember first post=p

Rofl, phatom, not so hard when it's 2 grades below :p Jk, I'm sure you have an argument to what Serial is saying.

yeah considering people who are 18-20 have trouble passing the pre-ged even if they made it to 2nd semester of 12th grade.. the people who tested me only expected me to get 300-350 on everything.. but i got above 500 on all the tests, and 1 was an 800.. perfect score! they have never seen anyone under 20 pass any section with a perfect score on any section.. let alone me, a 16 year old.. i believe it is exceptional that i passed.. this proves i am way smarter than my average age group..

no its not 8th grade level.. it is 12th grade level.. it may seem like 8th grade.. but its not.. there were some pretty hard questions in there.. chemistry was included.. algebra 2.. geometry.. these are all 10th grade and above.. i even asked the testers about what grade level this was specified for.. what grade level knowledge you must know.. they gave me the answer of grade 12 level..

rofl, hearing your story i feel really stupid living in california. We just took the "exit exam" (what you need to pass in california to graduate) and it was basically algebra and 8th grade language. Its kidna sad to hear you saying how happy you were passing a test that proved you learned, while my test proved i could add and subtract.

meh anyways, good luck in your education :)
