Why don't the extentions come up???

Guys, is it possible to play the simba bot from a usb. I downloaded 'simba' and installed it from a computer, and transferred it to my laptop. When i opened simba, The extentions tab is BLANK. However, it is not blank on the other computer... so... any ideas? Or can Simba not be transferred?

But on a side note I just want to add that in future, please refrain from using this size font, it hurts my eyes and is most displeasant.
