Setting up Simba?

Hey Guys! I've setted up Simba Before but as I purchased a New Computer It won't seem to run. I've done everything in many many tutorial video's but it just wont run :/. So I'm here asking for some help. Weather it's teamviewer or skype, I'm really needing this!
